Three years in the making, Beyond Guilt chronicles how small groups of young people are taking the lead in creating a new and better world. Drawing on interviews with a wide array of experts, Beyond Guilt attempts to answer the hard questions concerning the western world's unsustainable and addictive patterns of consumption and its apparent lack of concern for the many trapped in poverty.
Though never simplistic, the answers are often quite simple: volunteers sacrificially investing time and money into sustainable community based development. Courageously and naively, they dare to believe another world is possible.
People coming together to encourage and inspire lifestyles consistent with what our planet can provide for all.
People learning how to give generously.
People struggling to live simply so that others can simply live.
Not because we have to, but because we get to.
